The National Library of Virtual Manipulatives (NLVM) for Interactive Mathematics V3.0, http://nlvm.usu.edu (with Larry Cannon, James Dorward, Joel Duffin), August 2010. This collection of K-12 math applets is now part of NSDL, a digital library of exemplary resource collections in support of science education at all levels. NSDL is funded by the National Science Foundation. The NLVM is now available in Spanish, French, Danish, Chinese, and Arabic. The NLVM 3.0 application includes several new manipulatives along with Activity Maker, an option that allows the teacher or student to configure a manipulative and create new activities. The National Library of Virtual Manipulatives (NLVM) at www.nlvm.usu.edu currently draws nearly seven million hits every school day. A recent analysis shows that NLVM accounts for about one-third of all internet traffic at the usu.edu domain.

A collection of 50 math manipulatives as learning objects published by The Learning Federation, an initiative of the state, territory and federal governments of Australia and New Zealand to publish and distribute world-class online curriculum content to encourage student learning and support teachers in Australian and New Zealand schools.
