First, read the class prerequisites to find out if you need to take the MPE.
MPE and class prerequisites

All Accuplacer Exams must be administered in the presence of an authorized proctor in a secure testing environment for the duration of the test. See the Exam Schedule below for MPE testing centers.

To take the Math Placement Exam you will need:
  • A photo ID
  • Your A-number
  • Note, $10.00 will be charged to your USU student account

Cheating

Please DO NOT bring Pencils, Paper, or a Calculator, they are provided at the testing center.
You must switch off all cellular phones and devices upon arrival at the testing center, use of these items during tests is NOT allowed.

There is a zero tolerance policy in place against cheating on the MPE.
